JSC „VIRITEKA“ established in 1996 year in Kaunas. The main activity of company  – manufacture, repair and service of welding equipment.

 In JSC „VIRITEKA“ are working 22 qualified specialists, who are producing 12 models of MIG/MAG welding units. We are re-forming and flexing plates of metal using high quality equipment, producing substandard details. On purpose to keep high quality standard, everything we are producing in factory of JSC „VIRITEKA“ and main components of machines we are buying in countries of European Union.

Production of company meets a requiriments of all standards and normatives. We export our company production to Latvia, Belarus, Kaliningrad.

In 1999 year was established daughter enterprise JSC „SUVIRINIMO TECHNIKA“. The main activity of company – retail and wholesale of:

·         Equipment of welding and manufacturing of metal;

·         Materials of welding;

·         Materials of manufacturing of metal;

·         Tools for work safety.

In spring of 2002 year was opened branch office in Klaipėda. Overall in company are working 13 persons. They are competent, in command working people. Considering to requirement of market their qualificiation is always heighten.
